By using SinceWhen, you agree to these terms. Please read the health information disclaimer carefully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SinceWhen, operated by SinceWhen Inc. ("SinceWhen", "we"). By creating an account or accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SinceWhen is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI-generated summaries, structured briefs, and insights produced by SinceWhen are for informational and organisational purposes only. They are not a substitute for the professional judgment of a qualified healthcare provider.
Always consult a qualified clinician before making any medical decision. In a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately — do not rely solely on SinceWhen.
AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. While we work to minimise inaccuracies, SinceWhen does not guarantee that summaries are complete, accurate, or up to date. Verify critical information with your healthcare provider.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a SinceWhen account. If you are creating or managing a record for a minor, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of that individual and have authority to act on their behalf.
You may not use SinceWhen to:
You own your data. All medical records, notes, and personal information you upload remain your property. By uploading content, you grant SinceWhen a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that content solely to provide the service to you.
You may export your complete record at any time and delete your account with immediate effect. Upon deletion, we permanently erase your data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
SinceWhen's software, AI systems, branding, and interface are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written consent.
When you generate a QR code or shared link, you are granting temporary access to a specific scope of your record to the recipient. You are solely responsible for deciding who to share with and for revoking access when appropriate. SinceWhen is not responsible for how recipients use information you choose to share.
SinceWhen may offer integrations with third-party healthcare systems, lab services, or medical devices. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behaviour of third-party services. Your use of such integrations may be subject to the third party's own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SinceWhen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including medical decisions made in reliance on AI-generated summaries.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (ii) £100 / $100.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI summaries will be accurate or complete.
You may terminate your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, your access ceases and we follow the data deletion procedures in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. You may terminate your account if you do not agree to revised Terms.
